Hotel staff was very friendly and worked hard to make you feel welcomed. Room furniture could use an upgrade. Especially the sofa and chair needed replaced. Room was large and plenty of space.

Large rooms, great location near JBR and nice pool (noisy construction can be heard near pool but I think this is generally case in Dubai). Loved the large bathroom, better than expected as I wasn’t expecting a luxe hotel. Note this is a dry hotel.

Me and my wife go Dubai every year and stay on the JBR where this hotel is and that's about the best thing i can say. I felt suffocated in the duluxe room, the bed was right up againast the window and wall. Also in the 4 visits i made to dubai this is the first proclaimed 4 star hotel, apartment, residence, lodge that doesn't have a fridge freezer. Room smells of sewage or damp or aircon? For a hot country this is not acceptable especially when cheaper fully furnished apartments on JBR are offering accommodation at much cheaper price. In the same price range or much lower you will find Suha Hotel Apartments, Barcello Residence, Marina View Hotels, Rove Dubai Marine, Roda Amwaj Suits these are the only ones i will recommend as i have stayed in them and received the Dubai 100% satisfaction! Don't fall for the "we're looking forward to welcoming you back next time" if you can't get it right first time what makes you think second time will be any different.

Fantastic hotel located beautifully

Great staff. Very attentive and helpful. Fantastic location. We got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which just made our vacation as we were a group of 4 girl friends. Special shout out to Subeesh and Waqar and the rest of the team!

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is good , the apartment condition is bad.
