"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly. They have 24/7 lobby staff so if you’re having trouble sleeping in the cold, you can sit, relax, and drink free hot lingonberry juice. Highly recommend booking activities eg Sauna Ritual or Ice Carving. It’s nicely centrally located so we walked to the Sámi Museum as well. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bishop Arms hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The breakfast buffet was very good, pancakes for the kids, fresh bread with an excellent variety of toppings including smoked and cured salmon. The sauna was very nice (note that it is a co-ed shared sauna). But the indoor pool was not heated (at least not sufficiently for my taste). Much of the area around the hotel was under construction. The library room was closed due to remodel. The room was very nice with a bunk bed for the kids."

"City Rooms is a really odd place to review in that if you arrived expecting a hotel, or traditional bed & breakfast as Google lists it, you'd be in for a real shock. Aesthetically, it feels more like the living space built for construction workers on long-term projects. That's not to say it's bad, but it's very very basic. The features that are there work well and everything is clean and new but it does feel like a converted shipping container filled with sleeping pods. If you're working or travelling on a real budget, it's a decent option but it's not a place for a proper vacation stay if travelling as a family, for example. My only problem from the whole stay was that the company failed to send me the access code so I couldn't get in, when I arrived very late at night. After a few long calls and a well-timed arrival of another guest, it was all sorted. In case you're wondering about the "Breakfast" part of the B&B claim, they have a vending machine with some sweets, drinks and a few microwave meals."

"This hotel is located in the new centre of Kiruna. Currently there are a few shops but not much else in the vicinity. This will change as the area is developed."

"We had the most amazing stay at the Arctic Gourmet Cabin. The cabins are cozy, comfy bed, beautiful views. We enjoyed relaxing with a sauna and hot top. The 4 course meal with wine pairing was one of the most outstanding meals I've ever had. I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience! also a fabulous spot to see the northern lights!"
