Hotel has a private beach 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Old Town Antibes is about a 15-20 minute walk and Nice airport is about 20 minutes away.

The hotel is extremely well situated for the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped. The reception area and common areas are tired but we liked the hotel very much for its convenience

The hotel is lovely but their restaurant on the beach made our trip. Swans even came out of the sea onto the sand 20 feet from us!!!! Don't miss it.

I am sure the hotel was very high end 30 years ago. This is very typical for the area, though, we have noticed. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. I would stay again.

I loved every aspect of my stay - 5 stars
I loved the stay. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Patricia and Anthony are two of the best, I didn't get the names of the rest of the team but the staff when I was leaving also was very nice. The hotel itself is newly renovated and is super clean and beautiful. It's now my go-to place in Juan le Pins/Antibes. 3-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and the main street for shopping and hanging out. I couldn't have asked for better.

Hotel Helios - so much unrealized potential! Great location - center of town, with own private beach. And yet, such poor management - slightly aggressive, at least unhelpful reception and operations staff. Wow! So ripe for a Buy Out. Private Equity - look here!!!
