"We came to the city for my daughters 11th birthday, The hotel itself was perfect location for us (walkable to lots) - the rooms were clean, the check in was seamless, and we were able to store our bags while walking around the city (before check in and after check out) which was awesome. But what really made it special was the attendant who checked us in (her name was Dominique) was an absolute gem, made my daughter a little birthday present, She gave us a suggestion of seeing the Statue of Liberty at sunset (which we took her advice and it was incredible). My daughter wouldn't stop talking about how sweet she thought this woman was - she said "I think that's the nicest lady in New York"
It really means a lot to me she made my daughters birthday extra special, we wanted to find her to tell her thank you as we were checking out but couldn't find her, so girl if you see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
"I was very impressed by the cleanliness of everything in the room and I loved the location. We were able to leave our bags there in the morning and pick them up at night when we were done with our day. Check in and check out was super simple And the breakfast was excellent. "
"The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was very minimal. The rooms were clean. The location is great. However, the windows do not help eliminate any of the outside noise. A bit hard to sleep."
