Dog owners bear full responsibility for the safety of their dogs. • Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin • Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine. ◦ SMOKING POLICY No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees ◦ Restricted Areas: Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item. ◦ Hot Tub/Pool: \*\* Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.\*\* Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please note: From November through March, heating the hot tub requires significant energy due to colder desert nights. To ensure comfort while keeping it sustainable, hot tub use is complimentary for up to 5 hours per day. Additional usage beyond this will incur an extra fee of $50 per day. ☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆ The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking. ◦ Photoshoots & Video: No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home.
