"The internet connection was sufficient for checking emails throughout my stay making communication simple from this location."

"Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem."

"We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!"

"Mornings here are calm and quiet which made it easy to start each day refreshed."

"Was a great property to get away too."

"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"

"The house was very clean, everything we needed was provided. It was a perfect house for our week long stay for our week in. Cooperstown. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"This is an historic home with beautiful details and quirks that only older homes will have. It is a perfect location between Downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, which made it great for our baseball family. There is a lovely yard with a fire pit and a beautiful creek for fishing or just enjoying the view. The owners were very communicable and made sure to do everything to make our stay comfortable."
