I really appreciated your note and your generous rating here : ) "Carla, thank you so much for the hospitality you've shown us since we arrived here. The property is quiet and has a country feel to it, which I love, makes me miss home. The house is beautiful and I love the clean, healthy living. The breakfasts were delicious. Thanks for making it our home away from home. We will definitely come back here again if we are ever in the area. Oh, and we just adored playing with Ellie. She was so sweet. Dear T, I'm so sorry that upon reflection you weren't satisfied with your stay in our home; you seemed happy when you were here albeit concerned about not being able to find our place easily. I feel badly. A mattress cover is a good idea, I had removed them when people complained they made the beds too hot, but I will try again. // I always show my guests where the towels are in the bottom drawer of the dresser which is left open so you can see them. There are also extra towels in the bathroom, in two drawers, and I usually say that to my guests too. We have the two large silver hangers with clips to hang towels on to dry. // I always give my guests directions to our home, I am so sorry if you didn't get them. // I usually ask the first guests when they arrive what time they would like breakfast and if they are flexible I ask the next set etc., so that it becomes a mutually agreeable time. I ask each set if that time works for them and if they say yes that's great. If they say no I accommodate them for the time they need. I always do this. // My prices are the lowest in our area and without tax, for a real B&B with a full breakfast of local, fresh organic food purchased from our neighbouring farmers. You can get lower priced accommodation through Airbnb where there is no breakfast or often no one to greet you. That could be an option for you next time because otherwise I don't think you can find a lower price. peace, carla
