It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced. Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,

Dear JoAnn, the sign is I admit, not on the best visual spot; it is located above the entrance roof. We are working on better visibilty, believe You me. Honestly the rooms need upgrading. The wooden floors are coming apart that i have got a piece of wood from the room floor stuck in my feet.

Conveniently placed comfy hotel with lovely staff
Lovely clean hotel, with nice comfortable rooms, and incredibly lovely staff. Excellent breakfast - and super convenient for both the town and the bus/train stations

Stayed only one night. Comfy beds, big room with a balcony with a nice view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, even during Corona times. The hotel staff was nice and welcoming. Free coffee machine in the lobby. Close to city center, but still a quiet street. Recommended.

Okay stay, a bit run down some renovation needed
You should adjust your expectations to a 3.5 star hotel before you stay here. The hotel is a bit rundown but the service is good and they have a vegan selection for breakfast which is nice. While I didn't have sky high expectations, I should have expected slightly less than I did. It's a bit run down, the room was on the smaller side and there where buttons missing from the light fixtures as well as hair left in the drain in the shower. If you want the room the be part of the experience of your stay I would pick another hotel.

Convenient
Convenient location, parking and public transport. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet , instead of the breakfast boxes other hotels have, but too many people were let into the breakfast room, nowhere to sit and queueing. The bathroom was not clean, the walls were very dirty and when we checked out they didnt even ask if we enjoyed our stay or not. Hard to leave feedback... There was no minifridge in the room.

Best Diana. We normally ask the question if You did sleep well. Sorry we did not do it for You. But You can always talk to us. We love what people says.Thats one way for us to get better. About the many people, we did open our Bistro/Bar to sit in, with plenty of space with distance. We serve all our cold drinks in our Bar. Much cheaper for all our giuests. Hope to see You and talk to You.

Slightly dated but well located and friendly staff
Pleasant stay, right in the city and across the road from a range of cool bars and restaurants. Rooms are a bit dated and small, but overall nothing to complain about.

Great location, fantastic and very friendly staff and surprisingly large rooms (travelling Europe I’ve come to expect small rooms). Breakfast buffet was simple with great options and during select times of the year the hotel offers a complimentary simple but delicious dinner buffet. Great common area coffee/tea, comfortable and great for a chat or relaxing before heading up to rooms. My only negative was that the hotel itself is quite dated. Common areas and rooms could use a bit of a face lift. In addition, all areas could use a deep clean - grout in the bathrooms is dirty and unappealing (though you can tell the rooms are cleaned) and residue on many of the surfaces in the rooms. Furniture is also dated and the beds are obviously well used. Linens were clean and smelled fresh which was a plus. Overall it was a great hotel with many positives.

Comfortable and homely, conveniently located hotel
It's a really nice hotel, very conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the room is nice. The hotel feels quite homely, with a nice seating area and free coffee and team, and they offered free dinner in the evening. I can't give it 5 / 5 though because there were no vegan options for food, just lettuce and bread. They did have Oatley 'hurt' and non-dairy milk but that was about it for breakfast.

Prisvärt och hemtrevligt. Rum för fyra var som en liten lägenhet med Microsoft, köksbord o kylskåp samt sängar i två olika rum. Trevlig reception med biliardbord och våfflor/ kaffe o kaka som ingår.

Rent på rum, bra sängar. Medelbra frukost, duglig. Receptionen såg fattig ut. Inget extra som Ngn fin blomma vid disk. Kontorsmiljön. Ändå bra info från personal men de kunde vara lite glada å inte så allvarliga. Ingen bar å ngt extra såsom att köpa Ngn god macka. De serverade våfflor på eftm. Kändes tråkig miljö men de kanske är på G att bygga om. 80-90 tal. Men som sagt finns det jue barer att gå till som ligger i kvarteret. Men bra dugligt för mindre peng.
