The wait staff was excellent. The beach was excellent. The room was very small and old, but clean. The entertainment was ok.

Hospitality, food and entertainment was great. I wish the rooms were a bit more upgraded. The AC made noise when we turned it on and there was no toothpaste.

The rooms had no chairs. You could only sit on bed. The air conditioning was sorely lacking. The TV didn’t work well. The food, entertainment and the staff was excellent. But the rooms need to be updated.

Best way to put it is that it's a 3 star hotel with 5 star treatment. Had a great time and highly recommended.

No free Wi-Fi in rooms. Only in lobby wi-fi zone. Everything else excellent .

This may be rated as a 3 star hotel but the food is 5 stars, the pool and pool bar are 5 stars, the beach is 5 stars, the staff is 5 stars, the exterior appearance and landscaping is 5 stars, and the entertainment on the property is 5 stars. The only thing about the hotel that is closer to the 3 stars are the rooms themselves because they are a little dated: you wont find granite floors, brass shower knobs, or anything super fancy in there but when you look at the overall picture, if you dont need that stuff then this place really gives you a lot for the money. As a New Yorker used to eating good food, I was very happy with the food here especially the jerk chicken at the pool bar. The staff here were fun and made sure you are having a good time. The hotel is located on the best beach on the island and also centrally located between St Johns and English Harbor. Overall, great place that is better than expected.
