The service was very poor. There was no towel, no air condition in both bed rooms. The response to our complaint was very slow. I really very unhappy with the condition of mattress, pillow and blanket provided. Most of the said items are very poor condition. The mattress is so poor and worth to be used for such Residential. I totally unhappy. I can't sleep prop

Worst beyond your imagination

Beyond words. Just keep this short. Waited for 1 hour for check in at the lobby alone with only the security guard. No office. No proper place to sit. Like weird guy waiting for his blind date on the street. Eventually check in. Rooms are not in living condition. Beds like those $50 mattress you buy in pasta malam. Toilet not cleaned, soap stain and hair everywhere on the floor. Slept 1 night. We all got bitten by bed bugs. Scalp itches feel like flea. OmG! I'm speechless. You come stay and feel it for yourself. Unit 29-13A, block A

Full fledged cheating. Red Alert

This is plain cheating. I was literally thrown out of the place after waiting for close to 1 hour. The host completely declined to accept my booking and just refused to take my calls. I had to return back to Singapore with my family. Really disgusting
