Room was absolutely disgusting. wall had coffee stains, toilet was disgusting to even step in, the shower door was missing from room causing my whole toilet to be wet. I called the reception at around 1130pm for extra bath mat, they said they dont have any. I said my toilet is wet and i need them. It took them half an hour, i called and asked if the guy is coming, the staff replied "lagi 1 minit dia sampai bilik kau". 'BILIK KAU?! is this the level of customer service you have in your hotel? Having Erica hotel as a new competition, HSJB does not even bother to provide clean rooms and proper service. Not about the price, but the service will make people return. Being an ex Sentral Hotel staff myself, i am disgusted with the rooms and staff who answered my call that night.
Otherwise, i arrived pretty early, the staff at the Reception was kind enough to give me the room around 1130am. HSJB really need to up it's game. Hardware, and software.
