Perfect!! We brought food for all meals, but there are easy walk places for meals! I will need to ask about central AC. This unit lists AC but it was small window unit in the front room- not enough for the apartment and window unit has no temp control. It was okay for September and there was a window fan in a spare room. The is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom and floor fans. Owners are helpful and responsive and plenty of supplies for meals.
