If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the spot and location to go too! The property was very well maintained, seconds away from the beach(which was excellent) and near restaurants and entertainment. Staff were very welcoming front desk, mini market on site both ladies were wonderful, cleaning lady Ms. Jones was absolutely the best! The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you need very clean could use some updates to the curtains furniture but otherwise beds very comfortable and a huge balcony or patio to enjoy for relaxing! I would recommend the property to other to explore and experience.

My stay at Royalton CHIC Antigua from August 14–17 was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to cleanliness, sanitation, service, and overall maintenance.
For a resort of this caliber and price point, I expected a significantly higher standard. Unfortunately, throughout my stay, I encountered cleanliness issues in multiple areas of the property that made it difficult to feel comfortable or confident about the resort’s hygiene standards. Common areas and facilities did not appear to receive the level of cleaning and attention expected of an upscale all-inclusive resort.
What was especially disappointing was the overall impression that cleanliness and sanitation were not being treated as a priority. When guests pay a premium for an all-inclusive vacation, the basic expectation is a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment where they can relax without having to question the condition of the property.
The service experience was also extremely disappointing, particularly on my birthday. I went to Heaven Grill and arrived approximately 30 minutes before the restaurant opened at 6:00 PM. When the restaurant opened, I was hoping to celebrate my birthday with a nice dinner. However, the manager would not allow us to dine there despite the restaurant being largely empty. By approximately 6:45 PM, there were only two parties in the entire restaurant, yet we were still not accommodated.
