"Needs were super comfy, room was spacious and had a Gulf view. The pool and hot tub were both available and clean, with clean towels. The breakfast was good, good selection, (could never find that trash can though lol). Only issues we really had were the thermostat (buttons didn't really work and it was freezing) and the shower temp and pressure, and the overflowed trash bins. But we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay there 😊"

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed"

"They let us check in an hour early. Fast and efficient. Terrace room had amazing view, the room was clean and fresh. We didn't get to use the pool but could see it. Most of the staff was accommodating, and polite. The shower head in room 1209 needs to be replaced and there were no bottles of water in the room. We had an overall great time. I'm familiar with Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, and I wasn't disappointed. Restaurants and food choices were questionable. We'll go again."
