This is not a hotel - it's an experience! Luxury beyond words, stunning architecture, magnificent customer service. The attention to detail on everything from the decor to the food presentation is world class. This is the type of place you stay at when you want to be transported to another world - where the hotel stay is the best part of the vacation. I have stayed at many great places around the world. but this was by far the absolute best, most magnificent hotel I have ever experienced.

6 STAR PROPERTY- REDEFINED
I was impressed with this property from the time you entered the property till check-out. Both staff and facility were exceptional. Staff redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and undeniably, incomparable. They were courteous, polite and polished. FOOD is a food critic's dream. Simply 5 Michelin star. They even made a dish not in the menu. I have stayed in so many 5 star properties and by mile, Umaid Bhawan Palace is IMPRESSIVE. THANK YOU AND SEE YOU AGAIN.

Unmatched Hospitality!
The hospitality at Umaid Bhawan is unmatched. You can order food from any of the 3-4 menus and even if something is not on the menu, the staff would be thrilled to cook and serve. Besides, it is a peacock paradise and you may find yourself eating breakfast in the company of gorgeous peacocks and peahens. Overall, it is definitely more than just a luxury hotel.

The building and gardens are amazing. The staff are the best in India. The food is great. Ambience is fantastic. Except the room. They need to hire a designer to upgrade the guest rooms which do not at all match the luxe feel of the property. They are not cozy nor comfy.

An unrivaled hotel experience
If you have the chance and the budget to stay here you absolutely should - the building is astonishing in scale and intricacy. You can't get a full feel for it just by visiting for dinner or to the museum. Service is excellent, there were a few issues in the restaurant like bringing the wrong drinks etc but all minor and swiftly resolved.

To stay at Umaid Bhawan is to be treated like royalty. The staff takes painstaking steps to ensure very personal service and your complete satisfaction. My husband and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to ensure that our private dinner was unforgettable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Starting with a very informative welcome tour by Sabitri. Punit was very helpful and went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurant service made it special by Virendra. Many thanks to Ranu Dingh who dropped off the Sunglasses to the airport because my wife left it in the hotel. We were treated like royalty. We will definitely refer our friends and will come back with family in the future.

Quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in , the attention to detail and level of service is second to none. From special room requirements to the chef cooking us food that wasn't on the menu nothing is too much trouble here,if it can get better than this I would like to know how . Superb, fantastic
This is a real royal palace, second in size to Buckingham Palace. Our room was incredible, with balcony, large bathroom in art deco style, with huge bath tub accessible from three sides with his and her sides, quite amazing. We were spoilt by having numerous butlers, housekeepers and others helping us. In fact we were outnumbered by so many staff around the palace. Dinner was good on the terrace, but we felt that the staff became intrusive because of the numerous visits by various staff members to our table ensuring we were ok. It was a slow night at the restaurant !! No surroundings, as the palace is approach along a long drive with security guards at the main entrance. Lovely outside pool and service. Thoroughly enjoyed this. The Maharajha was in residence while we were there and was joined by the King of Jaipur, who flew in. The palace itself is new and superb.

We were a family of 7 members occupying 3 rooms. Our stay at UBP was simply magical. I've stayed at different luxury hotels around the world but the experience at UBP surpassed all my expectations. The welcome was traditional Rajasthani style for royalty with the red carpet & swords made us feel special. The palace itself is very unique, massive at the same time classy and private. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, They went above and beyond their call of duty to make us at home and made sure we had a wonderful vacation. At one point we were willing to cancel all our plans and finish our rest of the vacation at UBP. I want to add a special note of thank you for the Executive Chef " Sonu Koithara". He personally supervised all our meals and served us scrumptious savory snacks and delicious unique dishes special to the region. Breakfast at UBP was a pure joy, sitting outdoors on the veranda at 'Pillars" and having breakfast with peacocks in the sprawling lawns was amazing. The world's best coffee was served here!! The vistas from the outdoor pool was mind-blowing! With the palace view in front and Mehrangarh Fort behind and peacocks dancing its a blessing to enjoy this experience
