Located slightly out of the hustle bustle market area which is what we wanted. You can hire the hotel car to travel locally for a nominal fee. Air conditioning did not work in the gym and the hotel was not able to fix it upon request. Hotel staff was predominantly men. It would have been nice to have more women in the reception area and general hospitality staff. Overall good would recommend.

Great Stay, beautiful hotel
Excellent Hotel Ambiance. Friendly Reception Staff too. Enjoyed our stay. Out of town and so little bit of a problem to get into town. Have to use hotel transportation and that was costly. Meals were great.

It was such a hassle to book this hotel that being a Travel Agency, We are never going to book this property ever for our customers. Front Desk, Reservation, Central Desk, No body had an idea about our payments made the very same day we did the reservation. Despite of having receipt, nobody was there to resolve the issue. Everybody was threatening to release the room but no body was there to tally the payment receipt i had. -5 out of 5 Rating. Very Bad experience. Anyways, Best of Luck

g Wrong but Not Quite Right
The hotel is very good but lacks a pulse. The pool is detached from the hotel almost an afterthought. There’s no outside seating other than the smoking area. Nowhere other than the dingy bar to get a drink. It is also very close to the Indian Airforce so incredibly noisy when their jets flyover. I think this Indana is more of a business hotel than a holiday stay.

Service was horrible. Food came raw twice. Chef came out to explain its supposed to be pink near the bone but I showed him it was blood red not pink. I am a chef for 20 years now and I know the difference. We ordered expensive whiskey and the waiter took the glasses to a different room and filled with some unknown whiskey. I could smell right away there was a difference. My husband and I are avid whiskey drinkers and have had this specific whiskey hundreds of times. When we asked for the waiter to please bring the bottle and pour at the table they argued with us. When he did bring the bottle eventually he opened the bottle in front of us. So it seems that wasn’t the whiskey they originally gave us.

An Oasis in the dessert
This hotel is very nice on all levels including being quiet good for relaxing, everyone was professional and friendly would of stayed longer but it was booked up for a wedding. I will stay here again when in the area. It’s a little out of town and shopping areas but well worth the extra distance.

Compared to other places we stayed this time (Jaisalmer, Udaipur and Jaipur), the service lacked the warmth at Indana Palace, especially at check in. Stay was great, with nice amenities, much better decor inside the room and outside.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms. Nice hotel facilities with pool. Restaurant, however, less good (3/5 rating) owing to the lower quality of food. Breakfast okay, but for dinner best to eat out in town!

Check in was late.I reached at 9 pm & only a lady was there in front office that too she was novice.Fanaly Mr.Pal done our check in that took around 45 Mts. After traveling of 500 Kms is even 45 Mts look like is 5 hrs.

Our stay was comfortable. Check-in / check-out was professional.The property was clean and well maintained. Travel desk was very efficient. Breakfast item options could be improved. Overall the service was good. We were a bit disturbed by air force jets flights but then since we were away during the day, it really did not matter.

Cleanest luxury hotel room that you can look for. Clean and comfortable bed with zero stains on sheets or towels. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast with variety of choices.

We were very comfortable at this hotel and the staff was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to see the local sites and on to the next city. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were quite good, though I did feel that the "Western" breakfast options could use some improvement--pastries and muffins were sub-par and there wasn't really much selection (hot cereal like oatmeal or cream of wheat would have much appreciated). I have seen some other reviewers complain about noise. The rooms are arranged around a large central courtyard and there was a wedding the night we stayed, but it ended promptly at 10:30. This hotel does seem to be under the flight path for the Indian Air Force, but the flights seemed to end around 9 or 10 o'clock.

Stayed at Indana for 5 nights. Staff were pleasant. Hotel is extremely well maintained. Internet connection is good. Santosh, the bar tender, is fantastic. Himanshu at the front desk was great too.

A very tidy hotel
This is a well run, very tidy hotel. Rooms and food were great; as were hotel staff. It is a little isolated from the city, albeit only a 10 minute trip into town; and a little close to the airport but that has its advantages also.

Unpleasant stay at Indana Palace, Jodhpur
We had reserved two rooms each with two twin beds. At the time of check in, we were informed that both the rooms had two twin beds. However, when we went to the rooms, we found one room with two twin beds and other room with one double bed. When we asked the reception to change our room, we were told that nothing else is available. They did not even provide a roll away bed. Very rude attitude from the reception desk. We also found cockroach on the fruit plate provided by the hotel in our room. The coffee pot did not work.
