Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms.

We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.

"Close to all amenities. They have a parking short walk to the hotel more economical,it was safe and secure. The restaurant at the hotel have very good food. The cheff is great the food is tasty. Make a reservation if you are eating at the hotel,it's a small area. Try the olive oil flan."

"The staff were very nice and helpful but they only gave us information about the Resturant for the tourist areas we asked where the local go and she said here but as we were walking we came upon the really traditional Spanish restaurant the kind that you want to go and try while you are there not ..."
