"This home is amazing! Views are gorgeous. I have never said I’d a more organized and welcoming home. They have everything you would ever need right at your fingertips from Q tips to toothbrushes. The whole home has been renovated so everything is new. We sat outside and ate on a table because the weather was gorgeous and you could not have a better view. Super close to zoo and a short drive to Rainer. We would highly recommend!!"

"First, beautiful home, nice area, neighborhood. Ground keeping was neglected, grass all around property was ankle high.Easy check in, Weird smell upon entering the homeThermostat was quite difficult to learn to operate. Cleanliness, definitely needed attention. We moved the couch and found dirt, debris and other things underneath the couch…. Disgusting, contacted owner, they offered 50.00 reimbursement. I felt that was not appropriate for us considering we had to clean before even unpacking. Spoke with agency, they compensated us for the inconvenience, just thought it was unprofessional for owners to think that 50.00 was suitable for such an inconvenience. Pictures of home online is nice, but property needs a lot of attention in several areas to meet the online pictures. To be honest this could definitely be a nice property to spend time in. "

"This place was absolutely amazing! We had a function we were attending at the Tacoma dome for the weekend, and this place was perfectly placed for us! The views were incredible, the neighborhood is safe, and the home is absolutely gorgeous! We were all very comfortable in this home and will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Tacoma if it is available.Everything that we could possibly need and then some was available. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
