Good budget hotel for exploring Taipei. Nothing fancy, but very centrally located and made sightseeing easy. Nothing fancy amenities to speak of, but staff was helpful and friendly.
Signs in bathroom stated to open window in English. They meant do not open.

"They would not let you check in until 3pm even if the rooms are ready. Strict 3 pm check in time is not friendly at all. The hotel is great for sure but I would rather stay in Hotel W as they always let you check in whenever they can. Hotel W actually TRY."
