As you enter the home you will find the sunken second living/media room. A powder room services this area. Through to the main living area of the home, there is a large open-plan living space with gas fireplace, mounted television, remote control blinds, 4m high ceilings and frameless sliding doors to the entertaining area. The open plan kitchen is an entertainers dream, incorporating an induction cooktop, two separate wall mounted ovens, dishwasher & butler’s pantry. At the rear of the home there are three bedrooms. The second and third bedroom share a large main bathroom with a separate powder room adjacent to the bathroom. This bathroom offers a bath and separate shower. The fourth bedroom (second master) has a walk-in robe and ensuite. The covered outside entertaining area offers an outdoor kitchen with plumbed BBQ. This area leads out to the enclosed yard and firepit area. The home is kept comfortable all year round with central heating and cooling system, hydronic underfloor heating throughout the entire home & ceiling fans.
