Had a very small room, complained and got a free upgrade which was a lot nicer. However, the hot water took a long time to warm up and the tv was on the side wall, so couldn’t watch anything from the bed. other than that, it was lovely.
Reception was poor but got sorted I got upgraded food excellent one girl stood out Courtney very pleasant indeed room spotless lounge inviting and spacious spa and pool spotless beach located two min walk I wud certainly book again
Wonderful place to stay.Friendly helpful staff.Great food.Brilliant pool.will definately be going back.
Stayed here before. Can walk to town without the worry of parking. Staff are wonderful. Food is great. Facilities are really good. Bathroom could do with up dating but spotlessly clean with lovely white towels. Addition of bathrobe a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.
Missing the little extras like a hotel lift so carrying cases up flights of stairs. Food average and staff mostly very pleasant if overworked. One member of staff looked permanently miserable
