Its a very humble simple experience at this facility, old style the smelly carpet they use everywhere mixing with rain humidity and enclosed long warmed carpeted areas invite bad smell in small tiny areas.the construction constantly on the entrance to holland tunnel with limited dining area close enough walking in cold winter weather, specially that when the offer the acceptable limited continental breakfast with 2 Little tiny area to eat breakfast in cold weather make this a less enjoyable experience. So if you are here to to quick business ant sit in the hotel at all .it does ok. Otherwise no vanity setup in the bathroom with only flimsy paper clear cups to put your toiletery in or a small rack over the toilet seat not the tiny sink itself.the courtyard marriot would have been a better convenience for a location.but in general not a fresh smelling appealing place to enjoy a stay.

The Holland is a cute little hotel right at the entrance to the Holland tunnel. During our stay, we drove into the city twice and walked to the PATH train (an easy 10 minute walk) twice. Parking is free for guests, so if you have to drive to NYC instead of fly it's a very affordable place to park the car. The breakfast was delicious, fresh pastries and fruit and excellent coffee, although I wouldn't complain about more protein options. The staff were easy to talk to and helpful.

This is a great option for those looking for a affordable, clean, and safe stay. We had kids with us and felt the area was okay for them. We parked by the Path and took the train into Manhattan from there. The breakfast is simple but actually better than we expected. The property is a bit dated but room was conformable and clean. We would stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting in and out of the city a breeze! It was our first time to NYC and we couldn't have had a more perfect trip. Free parking at the hotel was wonderful, the gentleman at the front desk provided us with TONS of helpful information. We felt very safe out entire stay! Would definitely come back and stay again!

We stayed at this hotel in 2016 and we liked it so much that we came back this year to explore NYC a little more. The staff is super friendly, PATH station is within walking distance, and it is a short commute to Manhattan.

This little Hotel is extreamely nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. This hotel includes a continental breakfast and parking. I would recommend this little gem to anyone wanting to visit NYC on a small budget. Thanks

We stayed 3 nights, and didnt have anyone clean room. We had to ask for trash bags. BUT their staff was amazingly friendly and professional. We did an early check in and didnt get charged. They had breakfast each morning.

It was small and a little old, but clean. The continental breakfast did not disappoint. Close to a mall with lots of dining options. The staff is the best part, super friendly! I would definitely stay there again.

Reasonable cost for the area, walking distance of PATH train, solid place to stay. Staff are all very nice and the walk to the PATH is well lit and feels safe.

This “mature” but eager to please motel is always my go-to in the NYC area. It is appropriately priced, very convenient to Manhattan, clean and safe. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s a free grab and go breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. Note: You may have to climb a single flight of stairs if your room isn’t on the main floor.
