Disregard for Customers

Fire alarm testing was done all night, keeping us up. Excuse was a "note" with fine print warning us (nothing online, a note in the room when we got there that we understandably didn't read the fine print). Also blinds did not work, refrigerator was loud (unplugged it), and car valet was slow. When complaining the next morning, the desk clerk just repeated that the notice had been given, that many other guests had the same problem, the managers weren't available, and that they would follow up on our complaints via email and phone. Over 48 hours later - no communications. Seriously damages our impression of Hyatt Brand. If you are going to do things that keep people awake, either close the hotel or give massive discount -- don't surprise them upon their arrival at 10 PM with a legalistic notice. Incredible disregard for customers!
