The staff were super nice and helpful, I had a small complaint at the time of check-in and they quickly addressed my concern. The room I stayed in was very clean and the sleeping bed was comfortable. Most important, their kitchen menu is so delecious and affordable.

Our experience was pretty good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was in the heart of Abdali and only a few minutes away driving from major attractions.

Got there and discovered they had over booked the hotel. They arranged an alternative hotel, but far away from the sights that we wanted to see. They would not pay for a taxi from that hotel back to the Toledo Hotel area so that we could see what we went to Amman to see. Wasted hours and made it difficult to see Amman. Very frustrated - they said they emailed, but no such email was received.

Beautiful property with attentive staff. Front desk quickly arranged private 4 hour Amman city tour. Good quality and variety of food in restaurant. Only issue is beds are hard and pillows flat. Also heat in room cannot be adjusted for temperature so we subsequently bouled our last night. Overall I would recommend for the price range.

The hotel felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The pictures looked like it was in a built up area. Room was okay, there was no balcony, the view from the window was straight into the car park, it was directly opposite us, so opening the curtains was pointless and plus they were dirty! We had to check out early (5:30am) as we were catching the bus to Petra and asked the reception to call us a taxi to get us to the bus station and the receptionist said the security guy will flag one down - given it was 5:30am there were no taxis driving past, so we asked them to call a taxi company again but they wouldn’t call them, which was really frustrating as we had all our luggage and had a bus to catch! The security guard just went back inside and left us to it. So we’re outside in the dark / cold with all our luggage hoping for a taxi to drive past and eventually we had to drag all our luggage and try to walk up to the main road. Really disappointed with the service. Food was mediocre, shower was awful, there were no facilities although it said there was a pool and gym on the website. Pictures on site were deceiving. Just pay a little extra and stay elsewhere

We had brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. At the hotel reception Mohamed was very kind always willing to help us ….. thank you MOHAMED!!!! Without your help our stay would not have been the same!!!!!

Cozy hotel close to attractions
We booked a 3 day trip to Petra,Aqaba and the rest and the hotel was kind enough to let us store two big luggages we didn't need for this trip.

The hotel was clean, and the front desk staff was responsive and helpful. The restaurant does not have good vegetarian options for lunch or dinner. Additionally the front desk staff quote different amounts for the airport shuttle. Some are exorbitantly high and other more reasonable. There doesn't seem to be any logic to the numbers quoted.

Really liked the Toledo - the breakfast is excellent, the staff are lovely and the rooms are nice. The pool access is quite limited so I wouldn’t book this hotel for that amenity.

Hotel rooms overlook a VERY busy & loud main road making it incredibly disruptive to sleep. Stayed in April & was told there will be NO aircon during this time - making the room incredibly warm and stuffy and not a comfortable night's sleep at all. Beds also VERY rock hard, not comfortable

Great choice!
Very friendly and on a quiet street. The lobby lounge is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast buffet was included and really good.
