"The staff and owners were super nice and willing to help with anything we needed during the stay! The room was spacious and super clean, even with some amenities to welcome you and warm during our cold winter stay. It is a little bit far from the central shopping areas but conveniently it does have stores like Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and McDonalds nearby with a subway station only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Room was very small but bed and bedding was quite comfortable. Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained. The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station. "
