This stunning seaside Villa Dolce Vita offers breathtaking views and effortless coastal living. The upper floor features three serene bedrooms, all with sea views. Two open onto a spacious shared terrace, while the ensuite bedroom provides added privacy. The ground floor boasts an inviting living room, a modern kitchen, and a stylish dining area, all leading directly to the pool deck. An exceptional summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ and a shaded dining space makes outdoor meals a delight. Below ground, a luxurious sauna with an extra bathroom, a well-equipped gym, and a cozy lounge with a TV create the perfect space for relaxation. Here you'll also discover a wine cellar stocked with a curated selection of fine Croatian wines. With the beach right at your doorstep, leaving this villa behind may be the only difficult task to do. An electric car charger is available, along with a stand-up paddleboard for your enjoyment. Welcome to carefree living.  
In three bedrooms five adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two more may be accommodated on the sofa bed if necessary.  
Ivan Dolac, nestled on the southern side of Hvar, is a true island paradise. This charming coastal haven is adorned with picturesque pebble beaches, fragrant pine forests, and traditional stone houses set along the sparkling sea. Vineyards cascade down steep slopes, painting a breathtaking landscape where nature’s beauty takes center stage. Here, the air is filled with the soothing scents of rosemary, lavender, and the salty breeze, creating an atmosphere of pure tranquility. It’s a place where time slows down, inviting you to unwind and embrace the unspoiled charm of the Adriatic.  
For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee.
