We got there an hour later and there was no one to let us in, we understand that the property has policies, but flights get delayed, canceled, or people get lost. We ended up having to pay for a hotel that night and went back to this property to check in the morning. The room was spacious but it did not feel clean. The walls were dirty, the floor was cracked and put together with tape, the bathroom had mold and the tiles were cracked open. The jacuzzi was filthy, we filled it up and turned on the jets and it was disgusting.
