The owners were suspicious of us the two days we were there. Even came knocking on our door in middle of night, demanding to come in, accusing us of smoking. We packed our things and left.

The only complaint was the king bed mattress had a noticable sag on the left side where you would sleep. This affected a restful sleep. It was mentioned to the staff during checkout.

This building should be condemned. Broken windows, hazard tape on non working elevator and bathrooms, Filthy carpet, filth in heat register. Front staff made alarming threats, Person in parking lot had car windows broken. I could not stay I hope Wyndham takes action in closing building.

The facility was a little dated (1980s). The shower leaked the whole time we were there. The noise from the interstate was atrocious. (Different room from a year ago, was much quieter then). Reservation process excellent though the clerk was a bit brusque. Breakfast adequate but could not get it to take back to the room. Some guests checking in had problems with double billing. We did not.

Good for the night
Needed a place to lay my weary bones for the night and this place fillled the bill. I used one of thise discount site to book this place and it worked out fine. Check-in was easy and the room was just across from the lobby. There was a contential breakfast with waffles in the lobby. The bed was very comfrotable and there was good cable and wifi. The Hvac did it's job very well. All-in-all it was a good stay

Wifi was awful. Kept going in and out. When I asked for new towels, they took my used ones of course but never brought me clean ones! I had to wake up and ask for them at the front desk. We didn’t spend much time at hotel besides to sleep and shower since we went to louder than life all weekend long.

We didn't like that the elevator was out of order. That the stuck and was so hard to open. I couldn't open it my husband had to shove it open. Also there were no plug-ins in the works or didn't work. I try to charge my watch and phone all night with then not charged in the mirning. My husband tried to make hot tea and it with the coffee tasted terrible.

There is nothing special about this hotel. The room & bed were fine. Small TV, very small single serve coffee maker. Breakfast was disappointing sparse as the only food is some kind of pre-packaged pastry, generic cereal and a waffle iron, so just sugar & empty calories. There was no fruit, eggs, yoghurt or protein. So advertising breakfast is a bit misleading.

The elevator wasn't working and I'm disabled so it was rough on me going up and down the stairs. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom because the few outlets on the lamps were loose fitting and wouldn't charge the phones. They was the only outlets in the room accessable. There was only one coffee cup in the room which we had to use to clean out the tub.

Elevator was broke. Had to take the stairs to top floor. Felt like their ac wasn’t working very well. Inside the room ac couldn’t really keep the room that cool. The shower would make horrible creaking sounds when standing in it every time you moved. I felt bad for anyone below us

Had a king room for 3 was then told you cant have 3 in a king room asked for a rollaway bed they say thay dont have those so i had you spend 30 more dollers to go to 2 Qween room and the beds in that room were full size.

CAUTION: Stay away from this property! I reserved a room with 1 king bed for 2 adults and our grandchild. When we arrived, the front desk clerk/owner told me 3 people could not stay in that room (although Expedia allowed the reservation to process and his direct website allows this reservation to process). I asked for a rollaway bed, and he told me they didn't have one (although Expedia's website says they do and his website says they do. So he made us change to a room with 2 double beds and charged us an additional $30. When we went down for breakfast the next morning there was no batter for the waffle iron. I asked the front desk clerk/owner (same guy as the night before) if they had more. He said "no, we're waiting on the truck". Complained to Expedia. "Sorry for your inconvenience, there is nothing we can do" Shame on them.

At Check In we were asked to give a $50 cash deposit and our credit card on file for deposit also. Our dog was not allowed to stay in room if we left, even just to go get food. Even if in his dog crate. Front desk lady/owner was not friendly at all. did not want to give us 2 clean towels each day even though we returned the dirty ones to her. We had to purchase our own towels from store because we did not want the very unprofessional housekeeping to go in our room each day. we bought cleaning supplies for bathroom at Walmart, as tub was not clean when we arrived- we bought air fresheners to help the smell in room. Cob webs in the corners of walls-hole in bathroom wall-bed felt like we were on springs. Back door did not lock so anyone could enter the building at any time. Guests that were checking in before us cancelled their reservation due to $100 deposit - only 2 people allowed per room- No Exceptions and rudeness of front desk lady. I would not stay at this property again! It is not pet friendly, if you have to take the dog with you everywhere you go! You definitely get what you pay for here- or less!

The manager said the elevator was out of order and I told him I had a disabled person with me. He said I’ll let you ride at one time. He said for more money I’ll get you a room on the first floor which is what I asked for the first floor in the first place

Treated rudely by staff. Staff was rude and arguing with other customers also. I'm on oxygen and reserved a 1st floor room. When I got there, they said they didn't have one and the elevator was out of service. It was a very bad experience and would not recommend this place!

Staff is invasive rude and down right mean do not stay here they barged in on my wife when she was attemping to check out. They also walled off the lobby which is an amenity. The actions show your just money to the people running it.
