"The cabin was fantastic. It was clean and well stocked. The view was great. The bath house was clean. I only have two complaints. The bath house was up a very steep hill. That needs to be included in the description as I’ve had a knee injury and wasn’t prepared for the very steep climb about 100 yards to the bath house. And the heater didn’t work. We could get the pilot light on but it wouldn’t stay on when switching to a heating mode. The cabin is clearly new so just small things to update....

"We had a great stay at this property but the floor of the house was filthy upon entering. Additionally one of the bathrooms was not clean, there were dirty sheets in the closets, and there was missing toilet paper. Contacted the host but they never sent a cleaning person. If this was fixed, this property would be amazing, but due to this I can't recommend. If you don't mind these things, you'll love this place."

The house is a quick 5 minute drive & convenient to the college & King St. We’ve rented a few houses over the years & this is the best location by far! House has everything you might need & we loved watching the deer from the back deck! Thanks for an enjoyable stay! "
