It’s a good property with decent size rooms in a good location for Jeddah.

very average
night manager was rude, rom didnt get cleaned for 2 days. trust me, spend the extra cash, and stay across the road in the crowne plaza. this isnt a rotana chain hotel.

Old, filthy and fake rotana
Hotel was very old, room, mattress filthy, bathroom ceiling leaking so bathroom floor always soaked and rusty, beds were small and old. This is not a Rotana hotel. They managed to use the name somehow.

Great Hotel, clean and spacious room
The hotel is located in the main street of Corniche Alhamra, just facing Jeddah fountain. The hotel is basic however it is very clean, and rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is neither kettle in the room nor safe box. The hotel itself is quite, my rooms was facing the Crown Plaza hotel with a view overlooking the street. Toiletries are basic, but staff are very friendly. I do recommend the hotel for entertainment as well as business guests.

The room and bed were clean and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and well furnished with all towels and soap etc. The room door could use some sound insulation though.

Not a 4-star hotel
Very old and shabby furniture. Staff is not professional at all. Rooms and bathrooms lacks many basic needs. Location is good, close to beach.

Reception staff is poor and ill-behaved.Additionally, there is minimal chances to get someone able to speak or understand English.

Run away from jeddah and go back where you belong
yes it was a busy season , but this does not accept neglecting the customers, and making you feel that the need to kick you out to take your room and give it to someone else !!!! an expensive rate for this kind of hotel .
