Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The pools were perfect and our 2 daughters (6yrs and 9yrs old) loved the goats. The Lazy Goat Tavern had great food and drink options (even a mocktail!). We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

"The grounds are just beautiful . We loved our connecting rooms, and the beds were so comfortable. Just note there are no TV’s in the room and we had no cell service but the WiFi is excellent. The complimentary coffee and hot cocoa were delightful."

"I would give this place a 3/10 due to the obvious neglect both inside and outside - cabin looks nice initially until you walk around and grass is overgrown- Inside can be summed up in 1 word -Filth !!!!! Dirty smudges, dog fur on bedspread and thick layers of dust !- like it's never seen a dust rag-hard ..."
