It was, however, a little hard to find at first (with finding the number of the condo)and upon leaving, we had trouble with putting the key lock back over the keys. I called 3 times (the number I was given on the reservation) and never got a person to report this. It made me nervous that the room was actually accessible upon leaving but there was nothing else I could find to do to let them know the issue. We also didn't have internet on Sunday :("
