Pleasant and cosy 4 bedroom villa situated in Pinosol, one of the most demanded areas of Jávea, very close to the Arenal beach, shops, restaurants and all kind of services.   
  
Designed for a pleasant stay, it has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes (one with double bed and the other two with 2 beds each), 2 bathrooms with shower, living-dining room with open kitchen and laundry room and a glazed terrace with access to the open and the pool area, with various corners that invite you to enjoy.   
  
The outside stairs lead to the annex apartment with living room, kitchen, double bed, shower room and sunny terrace with beautiful open views.   
  
This villa offers comfort and tranquillity, as well as proximity to the leisure areas and different beaches. It has air conditioning in the living-dining room, the kitchen, the master bedroom and in the apartment, in the other two bedrooms there are fans.  
  
The property is located close to the beach.  
  
2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
