In the district of Villes del Vent - Monte Olimpo 5 km from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, 8 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (12 x 4 m, depth 30 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 4.2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 10 km.
