In the town of Jausiers, a luxury two-bedroom apartment (53.50 m²) is available in the Château des Magnans, comprising: an entrance leading to a living room/open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a small bedroom, a bathroom with WC, and a superb terrace of approximately 15 m² with unobstructed views of the valley.  
  
Private, covered, and secure parking.  
  
Water park.  
  
The Ubaye Valley offers numerous winter activities: skiing at the resorts of Sauze, Sainte-Anne, and Pra Loup; cross-country skiing in St. Paul and Larche; dog sledding; countless snowshoeing trails; and more.  
  
Summer activities include hiking, rafting, road cycling (including the highest road in Europe, La Bonnette), mountain biking, golf, paragliding, swimming, paddleboarding, and other water sports on the magnificent Lake Serre-Ponçon!  
  
And don't forget the cultural and culinary experiences, as well as plenty of opportunities for relaxation!  
  
Please note that bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided.  
  
We offer single and double linen kits for rent if needed:
