I paid for a room with a jetted tub. I confirmed that my room would have a jetted tub. They do not have any rooms with jetted tubs. No one came to clean my room during my entire stay. I was there for 4 nights. There was bags of garbage sitting outside several rooms. I had to ask for fresh towels and take out my own garbage. The stairs were broken in places making them unsafe. I called the front desk for assistance and the man that answered the phone said he would come to my room in about 10 minutes, he never showed up.

There was a walking trail by the hotel. That was nice for our dog. Extra fee for the dog. Should have been explained in the Expedia booking

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Backs onto a trail system which was great for our dog. Decent breakfast. Good price. Great deal for traveling through.

The room was fine, beds were fairly comforyable BUT when we arrived to our room it was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes the first night. When we called front desk the explanation was that heating units are old & take awhile to get going. The room was fine the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient & the price was affordable. Staff were pretty good as well.

Actually i asked the faculty to cancel my reservation and refund my money because i am not coming there but they didn't give me my money I booked this hotel in December and trying to cancel my reservation in December also and my reservation is for 13 February but they didn't cancel it and my money is all they take

Disappointing
I was very disappointed with this Hotel. While the service was ok. I do have a couple concerns with this place. The lady that checked us in charged my credit card twice, when approached the next morning, stated that there was nothing they could do about it until check out. The room was disappointing, the inner door frame was broken and came off, not much good for security. Not a place that I will stay at again.

I stayed the night of Saturday the 7th, book on Expedia with payment at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they had charged my credit card without consulting my authorization for use, because I wanted to pay by debit for my stay and also the deposit. So I paid in debit and it was charged to my credit, paying twice, the old lady who served us did not know how to use the system properly, she could not move the money from the credit card. Then, when we arrived at the room the floor was dirty and also whe moved the lamp for conect our charged and we found trash in the back.

Amazing location! Stores close by for all your needs. Close proximity to Jasper National Park. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well.
