Great place to stay!

Posted 28-Aug-2015
Pros: Great location.
Centrally located to many attractions. We could walk wherever we needed to go. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast at a very reasonable price without leaving the hotel. Would stay again....

Good location, nice hotel

Posted 22-Aug-2015
Pros: nice location, nice rooms, good space
Cons: Include breakfast in price, with good deal.
Location: in middle of downtown, near every restaurant, store, supermarket.
Parking was offered only until capacity is reach, we though to have parking free included, but we didn't. I booked through Expedia, i forgot to include my baby of 2 years. When i reached the hotel the night prior to check in, i was told that my reservation was not going to be processed, because i did not declare my baby even though we have our self small portable bed for her. The guy made me to be afraid to lose my night the following day (while full jasper was full booked already). I called Expedia, they added the comment of my child without problems. I was very stressed in the meantime, i thought the hotel was not going to let me check in as the night guy told me because of that. I understand if kids are bigger and you forget to declare them there will be an issue, but mine was only 2 years, i did not expect to have any problem.

Good location, but almost 0% chance you can find parkingspac in their super small parking lot. Front desk staff was terrible.

Brilliant view of the mountains out of our window.

Posted 05-Aug-2015
Pros: Large room. There were 2 suitcase racks. Near to shops and restaurants. Nice seating area in the room.
Cons: Desk in room. One of the hot tubs was out of order and the other one did not work. PARKING IS AWFUL!! Only a few spaces available.
On arrival, the receptionist wasn't very confident or competant and we had to take back the keycard to reception to get it activated. The carpet wasn't hoovered and had crumbs by the table.

Location detracts from guests comfort

Posted 29-Jul-2015
Pros: Mattress was comfortable and wifi was provided, although the service was slow.
Cons: Carpet, paint and woodwork needed to be updated throughout the hotel. Locating a pub under hotel windows is a bad idea in pretty much any location.
Location: Souvenir shopping, lots of dining choices, and historic walking tour in Jasper; hiking, lakes, and mountain scenery nearby.
We checked into Whistler's Inn to find that there were 13 parking spaces for the whole hotel. We ended up parking a couple of blocks away in a public parking lot. When we had drug our suitcases to the hotel (the "unloading" spaces were full), we found that the door to our room was located immediately next to the ice machine. The room itself was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, which was nice. When it came time to turn in, we realized that our open windows were directly above the pub on the first floor and the accompanying talking of patrons going in and out until closing time. We were able to close the windows and turn the A/C on, but it would have been nice to take advantage of that cool, clean, mountain air.

central location

When I walked up to the hotel, I was surprised by how old it was, lobby was old looking but comfy, sort of an old living room feeling. But the rooms were updated, clean, nice and cool. Front desk service was excellent, friendly. I would stay again at this hotel.

駅前のホテル

Posted 19-Jul-2015
Pros: 駅から近く、町の真ん中にあること。
Cons: 入口が分かりにくい事
VIA鉄道を利用してジャスパーへ行きました。16時到着予定が2時間半おくれての到着でしたが、駅の前だったのですぐにチェックインできました。食事、ランドリー等すぐ近くて便利でした。
