    The property was located in the center of the city, great location for walking, shopping, getting the rail transport. One mis-step from the staff was that they did not ask me if I was a Diamond member, nor did they notice the status from the card that I presented them at registration. Thus they did not afford me with the complimentary breakfast for the four days that I was entitled. I did receive a credit for one day at checkout when the counter person noticed the status. Also I had to come down to the main desk each evening for water, which should have been in the room automatically.…

    I was shocked at how beautiful this hotel was given how much I paid for it. I’ve paid more for a holiday inn and this was a gorgeous, luxe hotel. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and upgraded me to a huge corner suite because she didn’t like the room I was given.
