"Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we tried was cold. A hotel of this standard should definitely ensure that buffet items are served fresh and at the proper temperature. The stay and lunch were good overall, but the breakfast quality and checkout service could be improved considerably."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The room was spotless, the bedsheets were fresh and clean, and everything was well maintained. The host was warm, kind, and made us feel right at home. A special thank you for the freshly made South Indian breakfast before we left. It was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Port Blair."
