Always our first choice in Valley City!
This is a great hotel. It is always clean. The breakfast is amazing and the woman who works in the breakfast area is so helpful and sweet. The staff is very friendly. We love staying here.

Awesome warm pool and a very nice restaurant attached with good food and drinks. Also, breakfast had many options, we loved the bacon and eggs

I would give 5 for service if it wasn’t for the lady that checked us in. Planned a nice stay in the premier suite for my boyfriend’s birthday on the way back from meeting my family for the first time. I believe the gal was Carly. Checked us in and had my debit card behind the counter for a solid 15 minutes saying it wasn’t working when there was definitely sufficient funds for a security hold. She charged my card TWICE for the room after I had already paid $230 through a booking app. 200$ each charge from her. Once we realized what happened she said it was my bank or the booking app and seemed very frantic and rushed the conversation. I called my bank and they said it in fact was a charge from the hotel. We talked with Tommi later on and he was beyond kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We loved Tommi and made sure he knew how thankful we were that he was the one to solve our problem as everyone else said it was a bank issue. I have only received 1 refund and am still waiting on the second. The room was great, everything we could hope for in such a desolate area. We can tell there are loyal comers. The breakfast was beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Other than the $400 issue, it was a fantastic stay.

The location is good, accommodation is decent and clean. There were internet issues for check-in, but the manager made it it all work. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good and had solid staff. I recommend the hotel.

Great job.
Check in was plesent. Staff was helpfull. Room was great. Pool was warm. Hot tub was great. Breakfast had a great spread to choose from.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was above average, and the staff was wonderful! The hotel is going through a bit of a renovation, but it didn’t affect our stay. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The property isn’t particularly unique. It is taken care of, but on the old side. The cleanliness of the room was questionable as The bed had long hairs all over the place under the sheets and by the pillows.

One of the BEST hotels we've ever stayed at
It was one of the best stays we've ever had, I would recommend this hotel to any one. The staff was amazing and friendly, the breakfast options were the best we've gotten from a hotel. The beds were comfy, dog area was huge, and amenities: pool, sauna, hot tub, were great.

Cant open the curtain in our room-1st floor because it overlook the outside where there have chairs and table people sitting outside our room window. No privacy at all. And mikki the manager is not willing to listen ,sympathetic to our concerns.

Imee, I apologize that your stay was not to your satisfaction. But, like we discussed when you checked in, we did not have any rooms available at that time for you to be on anything but first floor. Check in time IS at 3pm and you chose to check earlier with the understanding that rooms on higher floors would be available after 3. You chose to check in with this knowledge. As for wanting to change to a King room, when you book an OTA, we are not able to change anything on a reservation for a guest. Thank you, Mici Loibl / GM

My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was much more than just a breakfast bar and more like a buffet! Very nice not having to settle for a brown bag on the go! The lady in charge of the buffet was awesome. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

You will not find a nicer group of staff people than those we met during our recent three day stay, especially the lovely ladies who prepare and maintain the breakfast room. This hotel itself is designed well, conveniently located, and well maintained.
