We arrived very tired ready for a meal and then an early retire to bed. We found a couple of used toothpicks on the carpeted floor! Called the desk to find out how to turn on Air Conditioning. There is no air conditioning. Called the restaurant several times and was relayed to the front desk because there was only one server in the entire restaurant and he was too busy to answer the phone. We were also told he was too busy to deliver room service. My husband went to restaurant to do a to go order - it took 30 minutes for two Chef Salads. The bathtub was not cleaned properly. In the morning we were awakened by very loud fire alarms that rang for about 15 minutes turning out to be a "false alarm". We had hoped to sleep in. We asked for a late check out and were given an extra hour only because they had tours arriving. It appears they focus their clientele towards the tour bus folks as there are a lot of them in the parking areas. We will not come back to this hotel.
