The shower drain and sink drain do not drain at all.
The A/C unit leask water all night. I had to sleep with the water dropping sound all night long.
The bed sheet had stains. The stain was facing up the ceiling thus it should have been noticed by the staff but they did not change it.

Location is the main key to this hotel. Customer service and breakfast also adds up.
The hotel has some age in it and a renovation would make it even better and pleasing to the customers eyes.

If you have stayed at an Ibis, you know what to expect, and this place delivers the Ibis experience. Of course, this is Southeast Asia, so it delivers a bit more. There is an on-call massage service based in the hotel. Depending on how far you flew to get to Jakarta, a massage might sound like a nice idea, or it might sound like exactly what the doctor ordered. Restaurant is breakfast only, and is good.

Hotel room cleanliness is average. The biggest problem was bed bugs which bite my legs. Also, buffet food is quickly out of stocks. even ordering ala carte was out of stocks for most items. But receptionist were all very helpful.

A first class facility. Quiet! Spacious and clean and well-furnished room. Good Internet link. Excellent airport shuttle service. They prepared a breakfast-in-a-bag for me since I had to leave for the airport before breakfast hours had begun. Highly recommended.

As always, the staff at the iBis Arcadia are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could be improved a little, breads are a bit plain. The coffee machines don't put out decent coffees, a little attention to the breads and coffees wouldn't hurt.

Hotel staff was all excellent, including security and parking personnel-they were always friendly, ready and able to flag a cab or watch for one that was ordered.
I have stayed there every time I have visited Jakarta, the location is excellent and close to bus stop.

I have stayed at other hotels in Jakarta. This is my 4th stay at the Ibis Arcadia and has become my choice of hotel. Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant provides a great breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu also provides a good selection whether you're looking for a light or hearty meal they have it. There are many things to see that are within walking distance. If you choose to take a taxi there is always one near by. Hotel is an easy find for taxis. I will schedule my next stay in Jakarta at the Ibis Arcadia.

Poor Hotel Facilities and lousy Condition,dusty,over soft pillow,lousy room service,lack of towel,no toothbrush ever we had request every day in the morning,some more the air count was not functional , dusty and noisy,definitely wouldn't recommend to stay ever for 1 night!

Room stay is quite cozy.
The corridor is stuffy and hot. The hotel may want to install aircon to it.
