Hotel Libra Jaipur
Hotel rooms are too dark. Showers were in pathetic condition (we had 2 rooms & both had similar issue). They could issue only 1 room key and it was a hassle as if I had to come late, I had to wake up the room occupants to open the door. Very average hotel overall and I sincerely feel being ripped off for the price I paid for this hotel. I found out much better hotels at much cheaper rates when I inquired in person.

Good but overpriced.
This hotel has nice rooms but not so good service. Room charges are high and food prices are exorbitantly high. To get drinking water we had to call several times. It was difficult to make tea or coffee in the room as for some reason, not clear to me, they give only 1 milk powder sachet for several tea bags and coffee sachet. My overall take is that the hotel rooms are nice but they are probably understaffed. Hotel staffs are polite.

it was a very good experience
it was a 2 day trip . even it was mentioned in the wifi is available they were charging 120 rs per hour for that . food was very much expensive and hotel service was ok . To clean the room I had to call multiple times

Nice budget hotel in Jaipur
I stayed in this hotel with my family. We went to Jaipur as tourists to visit various renowned sites. This is a nice business hotel with good facilities. We felt as if we were entering a new facility. The room & washroom was clean & had all the necessary utilities available for use. However, if one is looking to have some food from the hotel's kitchen & restaurant, they will find it to be a burden on their purse. Moreover, there are no other good restaurants in the vicinity. This hotel is slightly off-route from various tourist locations of Jaipur. But the good thing is that it is not very far off from railway station from where Jaipur sight-seeing can be started.

please improve your front desk behaviour
there was a problem in billing. I had booked 2 rooms and they told me that I have only 1 room. I could not pay by my credit card and they did not give me a proper bill. the breakfast was mediocre and could have been better.

Jaipur stay in Hotel Libra.
Good points first: Clean rooms with good furnishing and A/C. The unbalanced charges for an extra bed looked irrational. Car arranged for sight seeing was just ordinary. The location is not completely agreeable. It is a bit far from the heart of the city.

Overall a very hotel
The stay was a really good experience. We stayed on the non-smoking floor. It was quiet, clean and comfy. The hotel service was also quite good. The thing I liked the most was the food, specifically the breakfast buffet. Just loved it! Although it is a bit far from the main city, but transport is available very easily. You can get it arranged from the hotel also, if needed.

Descent hotel for the money .
We were there to celebrate some event , took 2 rooms . Staff is cordial and good , rooms were big and spacious , washrooms did not have hot water . Breakfast was average (I heard that this hotel is famous for its food ) swiming pool is just for kids though ... Any ways descent stay .. What else u expect in 1500 rs

Like any third-rated fraud company this hotel tries to cheat the customers, by not providing full services and charging them fraudulently. 1- No Free WIFI facility. 2- Water bottles, snakes etc. placed in the rooms are chargeable, that too four times on its MRP. 3- Extra bed with old cheap and dirty bedding. Although the room was clean on visible portions, carefully hiding the dust and dirt under the bedding.

Fraud!
Like any third-rated fraud company this hotel tried to recover its deal concession price by not providing full services and charging us fraudulently. 1- When I inquired about free WIFI facility mentioned on our voucher as well hotel website, the receptionist denied it in total accusing hotels.com and expedia.com for misrepresentation the hotels facilities for their own business purposes. 2- As a norm we should be informed of the cost of things (water bottle, 2 packets lays, one small chocolate and cold drinks etc.) placed in our room before they are charged but these guys did it on Check Out. 3- We got an extra bed with old cheap and dirty bedding for which we had paid Rs. 900/-extra. Although the room was clean on visible portions, carefully hiding the dust and dirt under the bedding. Expenses do not matter muchwhen you are out for leisure but truth and transparency do matter alot.

Misinformation
I printed our itinerary from Expedia on Dec. 26, 2013. There is no mention of the New Year's Eve Gala that is mandatory. Now after the trip I look up my completed itinerary and it is mentioned. The hotel wanted to charge me 33% more than what is stated since they saw that it was not on the itinerary. Had I known about this Gala I would not have booked this hotel. We were not pleased with the way the people at reception spoke with us concerning this matter and other issues that came up.

good place to stay,
only issue i found out wrong marketing of expedia site , mentioned free internet wifi even booking paper has mentioned same but hotel denied this facility upfront it is chargeable

comfy beds but location is outer.
Location is outer you wont find public transport easily.

Prima Hotel
We hadden 3 nachten 2 via booking en een via Hotel.com kregen een upgrade en hadden een zeer ruime mooie kamer met grote badkamer. Ontbijt was goed voor India. Wifi bleek niet gratis! 430 rupie. De afstand tot de pink city is iets ver 20 min met tuktuk
