"We were not informed that none of the room have AC or a regular AC fan. We had to call the desk to find out there is no AC. All they had was portable floor fan that was extremely noisy. We could not use it and the room was hot all night. "

"Silver Surf Motel was okay for a short stay, but a bit underwhelming overall. My room appeared to have been recently renovated, and the décor and finishes were tasteful. I was disappointed, however, that the room did not have a tub. The mattress was also softer than I prefer, and I woke up with a minor backache.
The property itself could really use some updating. Outside areas looked neglected and dated, and the walls were paper-thin — I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms and people walking along the catwalk. Being near the water is definitely a plus, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully make up for the property’s shortcomings."

"Our cottage was cozy and in a beautiful setting. My only complaints would be the low water pressure in the shower and MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE LINGERING SMELL FROM THE FIREPLACE. I understand fireplaces as i have one at home that i use frequently. However, the smell was so strong that it infiltrated my CPAP hosing and nasal pillow."
