"Room was not clean. TV did not work. They sent maintenance and it worked half and half I couldn’t shut the TV off with the remote. Had to use the button on the TV said they were gonna come back and fix it never did check in was terrible I never had a problem before this time. It was awful. Normally I don’t have to deal with that. I get a digital key, but for some reason I didn’t get one this time stayed here many times, but this time was just bad."

"Everything in the room was good given the price and the fact it was a one night stay. The only issue was the hallway was extremely hot, likely because the room with the heating system was on that floor. "

"They never said they don’t had any service for cleaning rooms when we checked in. The room was not as clean as I expected toothpaste stains near sink and bathroom not detailed cleaned. Beds horrible. We booked a room of four people and were only given three towels. Then only give three more cause they had no more due to staffing issues. "
