"Absolutely stellar place to stay! It was clean, very well kept property with tons of space and privacy like advertised. Communications with the hosts was top notch! "Another fabulous trip at Stella’s Hideaway in the books. It feels like home away from home. The place is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views of Lake Superior from the house are so incredible, even on a cruddy weather day you will feel so cozy watching the waves from the wrap around couch. The sauna is a must. The location is perfect for exploring the whole Keweenaw. We’ve done rock hunting, mine tailings, toured Delaware Mine, Estivant Pines, hiking, a play in Calumet and checking out restaurants. Our favorite place to eat is Slims Cafe- get the B&G it’s to die for as well as their cinnamon rolls. We were a group of 9- adult children and niece and nephews and everyone loves the place and felt right at home. We cannot wait to come back!"

"The room was really nice, very clean. Natalie at the desk was really friendly and helpful. The view of Portage lake was quite charming. The pool and spa are clean and have a great view. Some of the decor is dated, but everything is in excellent condition."
