Montebello 3A is located at Los Sueños Altamira community, the most exclusive community in the resort, walking distance to the Marina, the Beach, and the Marina Village Restaurants. Montebello 3A is an exclusive 2550 sq ft penthouse, it is a corner unit with a large covered balcony, perfect for al fresco dining, sunset cocktails and long conversations for a lifetime of memories in paradise, overlooking Herradura Bay and surrounded by tropical forest and lush green mountains.  
  
The interior is set to a white clean beachy style, ceramic tiling, and rich dark wood throughout, highlight the gracious comfort of life in the tropics. This spacious 3 bedrooms 3 bathroom condo is your perfect vacation home. With a large master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms, one of them with en-suite bath and a third full bathroom conveniently located.  
  
Just steps from your building, you will find gorgeous infinity pools that plunge one down into the other via crashing waterfalls, each building has its own, making it feel as though the pool is nearly private.  
  
Residents will enjoy easy access to the pool and barbecue area, making this a perfect, nearly-private, outdoor living vacation home. This condo is truly one of the most desirable in the entire resort.  
  
As required by the Costa Rican Government, starting February 8th, 2022 all non-basic businesses in the Country including restaurants, bars, casinos, and Los Sueños private Beach Club will require proof of vaccination (QR code from the Health Pass or vaccination card) to enter.
