The property is not luxurious but a perfect value for a family. 3 floors, park outside with a pond. 2 minute walk to a beach. (Btw I didn’t realize how beautiful Jacksonville beach was) Easy access to highway and plenty of shopping and dining options a short drive or walk away. Thank you for letting us stay!

Location, location location! Walk to food, shopping, and the beach. The home was as advertised, cute, comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Vicki was an exceptional host. Great communication, wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls in the run!!
Great location for the beach. Easy access and very clean. The only thing I would say is the house could use an update. Towels, shower curtains need to be replaced. Beds were very comfortable. Cute, cozy house just needs updated.

Hello We came for christmas with family and location was great as you can walk 1-2 blocks from the beach. Hosts was very nice and polite. We had all we needed to make our food and prep for dinner. I will say the towels in all the bathrooms were not what I expected. Very cheap and more like beach towels. A fresh new set of towels and wash clothes for all bedrooms/bath rooms is my only suggestion. And a sheet with instructions for check out as well. All in all very nice location just be ready to get a workout with all the stairs..LOL -

We stayed in Jax Beach the week before Christmas. The townhouse was conveniently located and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. I recommend this property.
