Enjoy large meals and cozy movie nights in affordable style! Our spot is located in the heart of Historic Springfield on the bottom level of a BEAUTIFUL Victorian home. Memorial Hospital is 5 mins away making it perfect for traveling nurses. You are walking distance the eclectic and historic neighborhood of Springfield - Welcome! We always enjoy welcoming and meeting our guests, but also understand wanting your privacy during your stay. Meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations is always our number one priority. Those will always be met with or without the in person contact. This is an amazing area of Jacksonville where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. Minutes from everything in Jacksonville. Guests will have access to the basement floor for the home. Our place is located in a historic area of Jacksonville called Springfield which is minutes from downtown, the TIAA football stadium, Sports and entertainment district, and other interesting neighborhoods (Riverside, Avondale and San Marco) and a short 30 minute drive to gorgeous beaches. The back yard is shared with the upstairs listing. We do not have a dedicated parking spot, but street parking is easy and free. How far are you from everything in Jax? \-5 min to TIAA field \-5 min to Daly place \-5 min to downtown \-5 min to Prime F. Public transportation is minimal in Jacksonville in general. You are a few blocks north of the downtown bus terminal if you would like to use that. Car or Uber is best. Health & Safety: We prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of our guests. Each stay is followed by a thorough cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment. Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals 1-2 hours: $100 2-3 hours: $200 Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance. Refund Policy A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels. General Guidelines ●Pets: A pet fee of $75 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. ●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. ●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. ●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. ●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving. ●Windows: Keep windows closed for security. ●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked. ●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. ●Furniture: Do not rearrange. ●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. ●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. It’s a basement and not a Victorian style home this listing is very deceitful the basement has sanding water and it’s all cement. The owner is very disrespectful and a liar I don’t know why they don’t have the reviews on this property on this website but if you google him you will see the reviews. I wish I could add pictures and screenshots of his conversation with me and how nasty Andrew is I don’t understand why they don’t have reviews put up about him but if you Google it, you will see run away from this property.
