Located right next to the Britt Festival, easy walk there and back. Easy walk to all of downtown Jacksonville. Everything was new and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The unit we were in had a well set up kitchen, perfect when you do not want to eat every meal out. It also had off street parking which I prefer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Kubli House is a gem! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, conveniently located and Kathleen was a joy to work with. Check in was effortless. My husband and I along with our 17 year old daughter stayed in Studio 5 and we were very comfortable. The studio was well stocked with essentials.
